Pan-Latin Book Distribution Vocabulary

The Pan-Latin Book Distribution Vocabulary (Vocabulaire panlatin de la diffusion et de la distribution du livre), developed within the Pan-Latin Terminology Network (REALITER), aims to collect a multilingual database of 172 terms related to the publication, printing, sale, and promotion of books. The terms are presented in eight languages: French, Catalan, Spanish, Galician, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian and English. For the Spanish language, the equivalents in the Spanish of Spain, Argentina and Mexico are included. For the Portuguese language, both the Portuguese of Portugal and Brazil are considered. As French is the source language of the terminology research, definitions of terms are provided in French.
